Miriam Bulmer of Riverview, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at The Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born in Sevogle, NB, she was the daughter of Stella (Mullin) and the late Randolph Miller.

Miriam graduated from The Moncton Hospital School of Nursing in 1960, and worked as an R.N.at the Moncton Hospital in the E.R. Once she and David married she worked alongside her husband at Bulmer’s Product Bar for over twenty-seven and a half years. In her later years, she enjoyed yard sales, birdwatching, and playing 45’s with Jimmy and Lois. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren. Some of her most cherished memories took place at one of her favourite places – the cottage in Sunny Corner where she and her family spent many summers.

Along with her mother, Stella, she will be dearly missed by her loving husband, David; sons, Pete and Bill (Wendy) of Riverview; grandchildren, Patricia, Eilish and Marshall; her sisters, Lois Baker of Fredericton, Heather Wheaton (Bob) of The Glades, Ann McCosh (Rob) of Douglastown, and Marilyn Shaw of Beaverbrook Rd; her brother, Harry Miller (Jennie) of Hilltop Rd.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her father, she was predeceased by an infant brother, James.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007) on Thursday, June 22, from 5:00 -9:00pm. A funeral service will take place at Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:30am with The Venerable Brent Ham officiating.
