It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ryan
Dunphy of Kelowna, BC., formerly of Riverview, who passed away Friday,
September 21, 2018 as a result of a motor vehicle
accident.
Ryan graduated from Riverview High School in 2008. Most
recently he was working with Aardvark Industries in Kelowna, BC.
Outside of family and friends, Ryan’s passion was extreme
sports. He did everything from skateboarding, snowboarding, rock
climbing and Jiu Jitsu. Just recently he took up Bow Hunting. He loved
the outdoors.
Ryan will be dearly missed by his girlfriend Taylor Ewanchuk
of British Columbia. loving parents, Kenton and Joy (Gray) Dunphy; his
brother Dylan and girlfriend Kasi Holden and her little boy Drew of
Riverview; grandmother Mona MacTavish and grandfather Tom Power of
Miramichi; grandmother Barbara Gray of Gander, NL; several, aunts,
uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; including best friend Tyler Page,
as well a large circle of friends from British Columbia to
Newfoundland and Labrador.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road
Riverview (869-2007) on Saturday from 5:00-8:00pm. A funeral service
will take place at Cobb’s Funeral Home on Sunday, September
30, 2018, at 2:00pm. Donations to The Becca Scholfield All World Super
Play Park would be appreciated by the family. Cheques can be made
