Joan Aletha Mary Barrett of Moncton passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Toronto, she was the daughter of the late John and Lillian (Smelser) Phillip. She had been formerly employed with the T. Eaton Co. in Toronto and Moncton.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 70 years Kenneth; daughters Linda Barrett-Daleo (Peter)  and Beverly Barrett; sons Leonard (Heather) Barrett, Matthew (Leslie) Barrett, James Barrett and Sam Barrett,  grandchildren: Sarah, Emily, Luke and Timothy; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Bruce, Brook, Liam and one great-great grandchild.

Honoring Joan’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.  Her arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007).
