Paul Edward Glynn of Riverview passed away at the Moncton Hospital
Sunday August 16th at the age of 69. Born in Moncton, October 1, 1939,
he was the son of the late Charles and Frances (McKeiver) Glynn. Paul
was a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the Royal Canadian Air Force
with over 28 years service. Following his retirement Paul and his wife
moved to Riverview and he was a Realtor with Royal LePage from
1988-1993, and was employed at the Moncton Detention Center at the
time of his death. He attended The Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic
Church in Riverview.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Carole (Gratton) Glynn, daughters; Kathy Glynn of Prince Albert Sask. Tricia Rondeau of Ottawa , sons Brian (Cindy) of Prince Albert, Sask. and Sean at home, a sister; Martha McKinley of Riverview, a brother Tom (Lucy) of Moncton, five grand daughters; Jillyan, Laura, Jamie, Tori and Lauren, as well several nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving friends and visitors at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview, NB (869-2007) on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM, with parish prayers taking place at the funeral home at 8:30 PM on Wednesday. The funeral mass will be held from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Riverview on Thursday August 20th at 11:00 AM, followed by a reception in the church hall, the interment will take place at Alderwood Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
