Marjorie L Steeves
1929-2022
We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved mother Marjorie Ludivina Steeves (Vibert) who was welcomed home by her Lord and Savior on June 15, 2022. Born on Miscou Island, NB she was the daughter of the late Howard and Lela (Marks) Vibert.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters Brenda Steeves, Beverly MacIntosh-Steeves, Crystal Corey (Jeff) and son Wayne Steeves (Joanne); brother Mark Stanton and sister Nancy Vibert; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Aside from her parents she was predeceased by a sisters Jeannette Hunsley, Ruth Boyd and brothers Duncan and David and granddaughter Shannon Ashley Steeves.
A special thank you to Jackie and staff for the exceptional care and love they showed our mother during her stay at the J L Jaillet Residence.
A service to celebrate Marjorie’s life will take place at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007) on Monday June 20, 2022 at 11:30 am with Pastor Glen McVicar officiating. Her interment will take place following the service at the Havelock Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Marjorie’s family.
