It is with sadness the family of Mary Frances Patricia (Pat) Johnstone announce her death.

Pat was born in Saint John N.B. and was the daughter of the late Mary E. (Fowley) and William F Crowley.

She will be sadly missed by her daughters JoAnn LeBlanc, Jill LeBlanc Farquharson and son in-law Robert, as well as the granddaughters whom she loved dearly, Kate (Jonathan) and Laura (Monika). In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Edward Richard 1955 and Clifford LeBlanc 1963 and Peter Johnstone 2013.

Pat enjoyed her life to the fullest; nature, reading, music, gardening, playing bridge and most especially her family and friends. She attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Riverview. Pat was an alumnus of St. Vincent's Girls School and St Joseph's hospital school of Radiologic Technology Saint John, N.B.

She was a technologist at the Hotel Dieu Hospital and the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital, Moncton for many years; with retirement, she moved to Folly Mountain, N.S. where she and Peter enjoyed farming for twenty years.  They later located to Riverview, N.B. to be close to their family.

As per Patricia’s request, there will be no visitation.  A funeral mass celebrating her life will take place from St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Botsford St., Moncton with Father Charles Broderick presiding on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 11 AM.  Masks will be required. The arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007). Donations to the Dr. George L Dumont University Foundation or The Friends of The Moncton Hospital or Hospice would be appreciated.
