Marilyn Tiller of Riverview passed away Saturday, January 21,
2023 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in St. John’s NL, she was
the daughter of the late Roland and Maude (Snow)
Ingerman.
In her younger years, she was involved in foster care and
Marilyn was a hairdresser for a number of years in St.
John’s and later in the Riverview area. She later
studied to become a nurses aid and worked at the Lefurgey and Grass
Nursing homes. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and spending
time with her cherished friends Dianne, Pauline, Anne, Connie, Linda
and Sadie to only name a few.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Tanya Green
(Allen), sisters; Stella Samson, Judy Ingerman (Dan Hanneberry),
Brenda Lakin (Greg) and Denise Fry (Rod), a brother, Billy Ingerman
(Brenda), sister in law Pat; grandson; Michael Lewis (Alissa), step
grandchildren; Jessica (Joel) and Brandon (Jasmine), great
granddaughter; Harper, step great granddaughters Emma and Mila, as
well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she
was predeceased by a brother, Harold.
Her family wish to thank Dr. Morrison, the extra mural
nurses, nurses at 3400 nurses station, and Palliative care.
A very special thank you to Dr. Kamel who took such wonderful care of
her for a number of years.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 6-8 PM. Donations made to
a charity of choice would be appreciated by Marilyn’s
