Maxwell Fitzpatrick passed away peacefully on August 18, 2023, at the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home. Born in Bayfield, NB he was the youngest son of the late Harry and Rebecca (Allen) Fitzpatrick. He enjoyed his retirement from Lockhart Beaver Lumber at Waltons Beach with his wife Barb, family and friends playing cards, washers, and dancing. Max was an active person who had loved to golf, curl, fish, and hunt.

Max will be dearly missed by his daughters Cathy (Robert) Nuttall and Pamela Fitzpatrick; grandchildren Rebecca, Grace (Jordan) Wournell, and John; younger sister Faye Johnson; brothers and sisters in law and many nieces and nephews.

Aside from his parents he was predeceased by his loving wife Barbara and several brothers and sisters.

His family will be receiving friends and relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview, NB (869-2007) on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A service to celebrate his life will be held at St. Paul’s United Church on August 27, 2023, at 2:00pm.

Max was a member of St. Paul’s United Church, donations to the church or to K. E. Spencer Memorial Home would be appreciated by his family.
