It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Robert-Gilles LaPointe on November 5, 2023 at the Villa du Repos.

He retired from CN after over 30 years in Customer Service. Robert-Gilles was also an avid coin collector.

He will be dearly missed by his daughters Karen LaPointe and Lesley (Jay) Ryan and several nieces and nephews.

Aside from his parents he was predeceased by his loving wife of 48 years, Gladys (Morneault) LaPointe and six brothers and four sisters.

A service to celebrate his life will take place at a later date at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (506-869-2007).  Donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by his family.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.cobbsfuneralhome.ca
