Ruby Hicks of Moncton passed away on July 18, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital.  Born in River Hebert, NS she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Grace (nee Quinn) Card.

She was a homemaker and loved attending antique shows with her husband Ormond.  Ruby was a member of the UCW at the Central United Church.

She will be dearly missed by her only daughter Sharon Henwood; grandchildren Todd (Tracey Taylor), Stacey (George Dowling IV); great grandchildren Olivia (Damian Spriggs), Anna (Brett Richards), Sophie, Logan, Quinn and great-great granddaughter Sadie. She is also survived by sisters Gloria Card and Kay Miscich, and will be remembered by family friend Bruce Crandall and several nieces and nephews.  Aside from her parents she was predeceased by her husband Ormond Hicks and several brothers and sisters.
