It is with deep sadness that the family of Edward "Eddie" Cavanaugh announces his passing at his home on June 23, 2025, at the age of 38.

Born in Cornwall, Ontario in 1986, Eddie was the beloved son of Al (Alfreda) Cavanaugh and Twila Cozens. He will be remembered and missed by his wife, Lesley Cavanaugh (née Frazee), and their two children, Olive and Davies, who were the light of his life.

Eddie is also survived by his sister Twyla Cavanaugh (Matt Larin), and his brother Phil Cavanaugh. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends—many of whom he considered part of his chosen family.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and the family will honour his memory in a private moment. Arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd. Riverview (506) 869-2007.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honour Eddie by spending time with those you love, sharing a story, or offering a helping hand to someone in need.
