Doreen Beaman of Riverview passed away peacefully Tuesday,
November 4, 2025. Born in Turtle Creek, NB. She was the daughter of
the late Lorne and Vera (nee Collier) Wilson.
In her earlier years she was employed at T. Eaton Company and
later at Hub Meat Packers, from where she retired.
She was a former member of the War Veterans Club along with
her husband Bill, where they enjoyed playing darts, and socializing
with their friends. Mom was very passionate about her flower
gardens. Along with gardening she enjoyed knitting and baking. Mom was
happiest when surrounded by her family, whether it was hosting and
organizing the annual washer toss tournament or Christmas Eve get
togethers. She loved planning and cooking meals for her family, (we
were always up for trying out her attempts at new recipes), especially
birthday meals with all your favorites!
She will be missed and remembered by her daughter Valerie
(Richard) Miller, sisters: Sandra (Oliver), Lucille (John); brothers:
Wayne (Judy), Roger (Donna). Half siblings Baxter, Krista,
Layla, and Jeff. Four grandchildren: Kelly (Evan), Andrew (Brittany);
Erik (Sydney) and David. Great-grandchildren: Loiden, Cece, Jasper and
Isla.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband
William, son Greg, two brothers: Eugene Wilson and Ivor
Wilson.
Many heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at 774 Grass Home
for taking such great care of my mom for the last three
years.
