The family of Cecille Gould of Moncton sadly announces her passing on July 19, 2026, at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Barbara McNutt (Emery Bill Martin).

Cissy, as she was known, worked in a variety customer service roles including at Tim Horton’s, Dollarama, and Walmart. In her free time, she enjoyed darts – even playing on a league with her sister Dianne – and was an enthusiastic if not exactly on-key karaoke participant. She also really enjoyed playing cards with her friends and loved the time she spent with them.

She is loved and remembered by her daughter Amanda Gould (Jamie MacLean), sisters Dianne Mitton (Chip Lewis) and Laurie Gaudet (Guy), brother Brad Cosman (Carla MacIntosh), and several nieces and nephews. She will also be deeply missed by her dad Emery Bill Martin. Aside from her mother, she was predeceased by her siblings Kim Walsh, Darcy MacKay, Kevin Cosman, and Paul Walsh.

Cissy’s family will announce a celebration of life on social media at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview (506-869-2007). Donations in Cissy’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
