It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of
Nancy Lee Bannister of Moncton on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Born in
Turtle Creek, she was the daughter of Clarence and the late Shirley
(Tower) Bannister.
Nancy was most recently employed with Access Home Care. She
will be remembered for her love of cooking, which she received many
certificates for. She loved spending time with family and shared many
good laughs. She will be sadly missed by all.
In addition to her father, she is survived by two daughters,
Mandy Dacey (Matthew Paige) of Moncton and Kristy Dacey (Kris Leaman)
of Riverview and her grandson, Jace, whom she loved dearly. Nancy also
leaves behind her precious dog, Zoey, who was always by her
side.
Nancy is also survived by two brothers, Dave Bannister
(Kathy) of Boundary Creek and Rick Bannister (Debbie) of Germantown;
five sisters, Phyllis Wilson, Cathie Way (John) of Moncton, Bev
Steeves (Fred), Kim Cole (Larry) and Dar Brown (Mike Landry) all of
Turtle Creek. She also leaves to mourn many nieces, nephews, aunts,
uncles, cousins, and many good friends.
A funeral service will be held from Cobb’s
Funeral Home MEmorial Chapel, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007)
on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 3:00pm with Rev. Jim Eagles officiating.
The interment will take place at a later date. Donations made to a
memorial of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated
